Hello! We are Cris and Ruth, sisters and founders of ÍGNEA.
¡Hola! Somos Cris y Ruth, hermanas y fundadoras de ÍGNEA.

 

We began this journey in 2017, inspired by our love for aromatherapy, nature, candles, wellness, and spirituality. The reason this project came to life stemmed from our search for natural scented candles. We realized that most products in the industry contain materials and substances that are highly polluting to our bodies and the planet, and that the market for "natural" scented products lacked clarity and transparency. This motivated us to create an honest brand, offering not only unique, high-quality aromas, but also creations crafted with the utmost awareness and responsibility. After many years of study and experimentation, we created a safe, natural, handmade brand, produced in small batches, honoring the fragrances that nature offers us.

We are passionate about and inspired by creating products with meaning and purpose. Vibrant aromas that awaken the senses and help us reconnect with the earth and with ourselves. As sisters and founders, together we journey along this path filled with adventures, learning, achievements, and challenges, balancing and complementing each other; helping each other live each day in greater alignment with our inner truth and joining forces to bring our vision to life.

This is the essence of ÍGNEA.

Iniciamos este camino en 2017 inspiradas por nuestro amor a la aromaterapia, la naturaleza, las velas, el bienestar y la espiritualidad.
La razón que dio vida a este proyecto surgió en nuestra búsqueda de velas aromáticas naturales, al darnos cuenta de que la mayoría de los artículos en la industria contienen materiales y sustancias altamente contaminantes para el cuerpo y nuestro planeta, y que la oferta de productos aromáticos “naturales” carecían de claridad y transparencia. Esto nos motivó a crear una marca honesta, ofreciendo no solo aromas únicos y de alta calidad, sino creaciones elaboradas desde la mayor conciencia y responsabilidad posibles.  Después de muchos años de estudio y experimentación, creamos una marca segura, natural, hecha a mano y en pequeños lotes, honrando las fragancias que la naturaleza nos regala.

Nos apasiona e inspira crear productos con significado y propósito. Aromas vivos que despierten los sentidos y nos ayuden a reconectar con la tierra  y con nosotros mismos. Como hermanas y fundadoras, juntas recorremos este camino lleno de aventuras, aprendizajes, logros y retos, equilibrándonos y complementándonos mutuamente; ayudándonos a vivir cada día en mayor congruencia con nuestra verdad interna y uniendo fuerzas para dar vida a nuestra visión.
